I am Gregory Stuart Lacefield. I have no formal university education. I am not an aerospace engineer. I am not affiliated with Honeywell, any technology corporation, or any academic institution. I am an independent researcher, systems engineer, and educator who developed a formal pedagogical framework from seven years of direct classroom observation — without access to the academic literature that would have told me other researchers had been asking the same questions.

Everything I know — calculus through abstract algebra, statistics, differential equations, numerical analysis, linear algebra — was learned independently from primary texts, in environments with no internet access, no professors, and no graphing calculators. The self-education happened in parallel with seven years of teaching GED mathematics inside Florida's correctional system.

In the first six months of the 2014 GED overhaul — when statewide Florida prison completions collapsed from approximately 1,800 to 90 — nine students from my classroom earned their GED, representing roughly 10% of all completions statewide across approximately 80 programs, from a classroom representing about 1-2% of the total student population. Four passed completely on the first attempt. The state later reduced the passing threshold from 150 to 145, acknowledging it had been set too high. My students had cleared 150.

I arrived in Las Vegas in late 2025. I began formally documenting the framework in early 2026 using AI tools as a documentation assistant. The intellectual content of the framework predates any AI involvement by approximately a decade.
